Account and License FAQs
I paid but cannot find my key. What should I do?
Use the payment confirmation page to retrieve your license with the same email address used at checkout. If it is still missing, contact the CS2X support community and provide your payment confirmation reference privately. Never share your card details or passwords.
How long does my license last?
Daily is 1 day, Weekly is 7 days and Monthly is 30 days. The countdown begins at first activation.
Can I use a license on multiple PCs?
No. Each key is tied to one PC. Contact the administrator if you need to request a device transfer.
Which EXE should I download?
CS2X_FREE.exe is the Free Edition; CS2X.exe is the Premium Edition requiring a license.
Where do I log in?
Go to CS2X External and use Login or Register, then open My Account.
